A serving time of around 1 1/2 hours suits most parties but with prior arrangement, serving time can be extended for larger functions. If you are feeding more than 120 thats fine we can cater upto 1000+, just drop us a line and we will provide you with a quote.

A fuel charge might be added if not in the Bournemouth area.

The Hog’s head is removed before cooking unless requested otherwise.

Hog Roasts Dorset and Hampshire

Quarter Hog Roast

The Dorset Hog Roasters Chef’s Package includes extra trimmings as well as a professional service by two of our skilled Chefs to carve and serve your hog we will stay until all guests have eaten this is generally 2hours. Any left over pork will be left on platers.


What’s included:
  • Courteous, discreet and friendly service.
  • The provision of a half a Hog for your specified number of guests.
  • The hire of our equipment.
  • The provision of the gas to cook the food.
  • Gazebo, serving table, table cloth.
  • Quality disposable plates and cutlery are provided with salads, or burger trays for hogroast only packages.
  • Serving bowls / utensils.
  • The provision of rolls and apple sauce to accompany your hog roast.
  • The supervision by our staff of the cooking of the pig.
  • The provision of a chef to deliver carve, and serve the meat.
  • Setting up and discreetly clearing away after the food has been served.


Includes: Fresh baker’s rolls, homemade apple sauce, stuffing, napkins, a selection of sauces, salt pepper, burger trays and chef to carve and serve.

We will provide you both the necessary equipment and the training for a perfect Hog roast.

  • The hire of our equipment.
  • The provision of the gas to cook the food.
  • Gazebo, serving table, table cloth.
  • We will set up discreetly and give instructions
  • All carcus and any meat to be disposed of, machine and equipment be cleaned. Or we can offer this service for an extra charge.

£695 Whole Hog Roast – Hire

We may have to charge for fuel if your outside Bournemouth are.


With the DIY option we deliver hogroast machine with the pig we start the cooking for you on site give you a basic training of what to do and how long to cook for.

Once finished with the Hog roast, all carcass/leftovers must be removed from the machine and put in black bin bags provided as well as all equipment to be cleaned ( Hog roast machine and all trays) by the customer before collection.

Alternatively to save you the hassle we do offer at an additional fee of £40 to clean it for you. 

Lamb Spit Roasts Dorset and Hampshire

  • The provision of rolls and mint sauce or sweet mint jelly to accompany your Lamb spit roast.

  • Setting up and discreetly clearing away after the food has been served.
  • Mint sauce, pita bread or rolls included.
  • Chef to carve and serve.

Incldes: This includes mint sauce, fresh mint yogurt, pita bread or rolls, napkins, disposable burger trays as well as a selection of sauces. You will also get one of our trained Chefs to carve and serve.
